• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)

• Paid advertising (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads)

• Educational content or virtual training resources

Your video may be edited or captioned for clarity or formatting purposes, but we’ll always use it respectfully and in line with your original message.

• Please note that once posted on social media or shared externally, full deletion across third-party platforms may not always be possible.
