Shipping policy
All orders are processed with tracking and are typically packed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional or peak sale periods, dispatch times may be extended by an additional 3–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent directly to you.
Please note that all shipping charges, along with any additional fees imposed by third-party services, are strictly non-refundable. For the safe delivery of your parcel, some shipments may require a signature upon receipt, while others may be delivered to your mailbox, front door, or another accessible location at the discretion of the courier.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance for international orders, peak trading periods, or delivery to remote and regional areas. Once an order has been dispatched, Ezmio Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery errors caused by the courier.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped with full tracking and are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotional or peak periods, dispatch may be extended by an additional 3–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that all shipping charges, as well as any fees imposed by third-party services, are strictly non-refundable.
For safe delivery, some parcels may require a signature upon receipt, while others may be delivered to your mailbox, front door, or another secure location at the discretion of the courier. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs clearance for international orders, peak trading periods, or delivery to remote and regional areas. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, our team will gladly assist you in tracking your parcel and liaising with the courier should any issues arise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout and to monitor their parcel’s tracking progress. Customers must collect their order promptly from post offices or designated collection points once a delivery notification has been issued. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment costs, including original shipping fees, return shipping charges, and any additional handling costs incurred. Refunds will only be issued once returned parcels have been physically received and processed by our warehouse, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY
Orders that include pre-order items will be dispatched in full once all pre-order items have arrived. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped earlier, these must be purchased in a separate order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, parcels may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Ezmio Beauty cannot prepay, waive, or reimburse these fees, nor can we mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them for customs purposes.
Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors outside of our control. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. While Ezmio Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or issues caused by customs, our team will gladly assist in tracking your parcel and liaising with the courier to help resolve delivery concerns.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping, including original shipping fees, return postage, and any additional handling charges. In cases where international duties or fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, Ezmio Beauty is unfortunately unable to cover the cost of the returned item, as carriers such as DHL may charge for returned international parcels. Please note that if a parcel is not returned to us due to failure to pay these fees, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order. We encourage customers to contact us promptly if any issues arise so that we can assist in resolving them wherever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout and for monitoring their parcel’s progress using the tracking information provided. Refunds will only be processed once returned parcels have been received and inspected by our warehouse.
