HOW TO

Prep the skin
Begin with clean, dry feet. For best results, soften the skin first with a warm shower or a quick soak.
Apply the Heel Balm
Massage a generous layer of heel balm into your heels and any dry, rough areas.
Seal in the moisture
Slip on the silicone-lined repair socks. They create a warm, occlusive environment that helps the balm deeply absorb.
Wear for at least 1 hour, but overnight gives the best results.
Exfoliate the softened skin
Once treatment time is up, use the exfoliating side of your glass foot file.
Work in gentle, up-and-down motions over dry skin.
(You can file during or after a shower, just make sure your feet are completely dry before exfoliating.)
Clean your tool
Rinse the glass foot file with water and let it air-dry.
Optional: Enhance with the Salt Scrub
On damp skin, massage the scrub in circular motions to polish and smooth any remaining rough patches.
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Rehydrate
Finish by applying more heel balm. Use as often as needed to maintain soft, hydrated skin.
For severely cracked heels
Repeat the heel balm + repair socks treatment twice before exfoliating.
This ensures gentle, damage-free removal of hardened skin.
