Can I edit or add anything to my order?

As long as your order has not been packed and shipped, we can edit and add to your order. If any edits or additions require additional payment we will provide a link to pay the remainder.

Returns, Exchange or Cancel Order

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on the basis that everything is unused and in the exact same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to notify us through email to ensure eligibility with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

NOTE: To ensure safety and strict hygiene measures, unwrapped gel polishes cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect ordering.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a number of days.

Sale items or those purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded or returned.

EXCHANGES
